The Landmark Hotel & Casino

This place is only a block off the Main street & everything about it is great. The staff is friendly, the rooms are top of the line, the bar is great & new fun games to play!

Very nice place to check out even if you just want to eat and enjoy a drink. We were fortunate to visit while they had a very talented piano player. She could also sing to many of the oldet jazz music.

The landmark is my favorite bar in deadwood! Joe the bartender always delivers excellent service and is very personable. Gerard the owner is a stellar person as well. I never get tired of it here—the drinks, the food, the atmosphere. It’s the best!

The guest service was top notch! All staff made you feel welcome and important! The complimentary wine or beer upon arrival was an extra perk! The facility is modern and upscale but small enough that it’s quiet and just perfect. It’s our new go to when we come to Deadwood

Lovely boutique hotel. Our room was beautiful. Couple little snafu that front desk remedied. Justine was fabulous. Also no food as cook went home sick so we ended up eating off site. When we returned our great bartender Joe made some awesome cocktails for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at The Landmark Casino/Hotel while in Deadwood looking at lots in the Deer Mountain Village, a private ski community with luxury real estate just down the road. Both the hotel and the Village far exceeded our expectations...a well-deserved 5 stars!l The Landmark is a newer casino/hotel in an old historic building. We liked that it was just a block off Main Street which offered a good balance of accessibility and tranquility—plenty of elbow room without the hustle and bustle of Main Street. The rooms were impeccable: clean, modern, and very comfortable beds. Great views. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness. Joe at the bar was great with his well crafted Old Fashions. Christine and Justine were great, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our stay. The outdoor spaces were a highlight, particularly the great fire pit area, which was perfect for soaking in the atmosphere. The second floor bar and patio area was pretty cool too. This hotel is a gem!

The hotel is located in a great spot within walking distance of all the fun places in Deadwood. We got lucky and scored a parking spot right out in front of the hotel and the hotel staff told us they would cover the parking fee for our time at the hotel, which was unexpected and fantastic. They also greeted us with a 4 pack of craft beer brewed for them, but offered wines as well. The chef had grilled brats and was serving them complimentary to guests along with chips. There was a coffee and soda bar, as well as a real bar in the lobby. The hotel staff was very helpful in guiding us to great selections for dinner in Deadwood. We had a delightful stay and a great rest at the hotel, looking forward to visiting again sometime in the future.

Great property in Deadwood. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The property is super nice. The rooms are well appointed and super modern. They have an industrial feel with nice amenities. The casino offered free soft drinks, snacks, and even had free brats on Saturday night. Free draft beer if you are actively gaming. I would highly recommend this property when in Deadwood.
